I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the gala dinner was outstanding with amazing food and ambiance, my stay was marred by several issues. The room was also quite small and noisy, which made it hard to relax, and there were limited activities available during my visit. On a positive note, the breakfast was well presented and delicious, and the staff at the gala dinner were attentive and friendly.
I had a delightful stay at the resort, perfectly located right under the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious for my family, providing all the necessary amenities, although it could get a bit warm after 9 am. Dining was enjoyable, especially the traditional Lebanese dishes, but there could be more kid-friendly options. Overall, it was an excellent value for the price, complemented by great facilities, but we did face some minor service hiccups during peak hours.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel nestled in the mountains. The serene surroundings and clean facilities stood out, and I appreciated the spacious rooms. The location was a redeeming factor, being in a beautiful setting, but poor service and food quality overshadowed it. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
